At Sabal Chase Animal Clinic, we support the recommendations of the American Veterinary Dental College in urging pet owners to get their pet’s teeth cleaned at least once annually. During your pet’s annual oral exam, we perform a comprehensive oral exam, and full-mouth dental x-rays before thorough cleaning and polishing your pet’s teeth. During your pets’ annual dental visit, we may discover a hidden source of disease in your pet's mouth. This may require the extraction of one or more teeth in order to treat said disease effectively.
We Are Passionate About Your Pet's Continuing Dental Health
We are officially a general veterinary practice for both dogs and cats, we have a special interest in veterinary dental medicine and surgery. In the past three years, Dr. Ian Kupkee has obtained over 120 hours of continuing education specifically in veterinary dentistry. He has studied under several board certified veterinary dental specialists in order to receive the broadest possible education for modern veterinary dental practice.
